They quickly resolved my issue with an apology and a sense of urgency. The original complaint (an emissions related purge valve) was overlooked in my previous service visit which caused the check engine to illuminate again. Travis Henderson was polite, professional, and prompt plus appropriately contrite in acknowledging the oversight. I’ll be back for an oil change soon. I’m snowbirding here for the first time and I’m grateful to have established a solid trust relationship with a reliable Buick-centric maintenance and service department. Well done Team Coast Buick!

Been going to this dealership for years and will continue to do so whether for service or if I decide to buy a new vehicle. The customer service people are always courteous and helpful and the service is excellent. This visit I had a lot of work done and it took three and a half hours. I usually wait but that was too long so they provided me with an Uber. I love that place.

The service staff were outstanding and completed the repairs in a timely manner. While waiting in the showroom I was berated by sales staff trying to get me to trade my truck for a new one which I declined several times. They even did an appraisal of my truck when I asked them not to. This is a big turn off for me and I’ll think twice before returning to this dealership in the future.

We first purchased this truck when you were still Autonation‘s in July. Two weeks later, we had a problem with the lifters and the Autonation service fixed it. With another two weeks, we had the same exact problem again brought it back found out you were Coast and then you guys fixed it. Fast-forward seven months we have a problem again and this time we’re told it’s gonna be $13,500. It’s from the other problem and you guys wouldn’t back up the 12 month 12,000 mile warranty because you said you did it as a courtesy even though it’s GM warranty that paid for it. I got Chevrolet involved to assist an offset the cost of the repairs. The service manager would never return Chevrolet’s calls. I repeatedly got emails from Chevrolet asking the status because no one from your dealership would contact them. I ended up handling the whole thing on my own, but I’m disgusted that you wouldn’t at least honor the initial warranty on your own work and that we got caught in the crossfire of the sale. You guys were the last ones to touch it so Autonation‘s win the assist.They told us you should’ve sent us to an Autonation instead of fixing yourself to begin with and since we had AAA and free towing, would’ve been more than happy to do it. Pretty disgusted overall.

Not much to tell, got an oil change. This time was better than the last couple of times. My oil notice was actually reset to 100% instead of 80%, 30% or no reset at all and OnStar wasn't engaged without my consent. And thank goodness, so far I have not gotten calls asking if I want to sale or trade in my vehicle.

And once I did (Shout out to Mr.Coleman in finance who helped me get my desired interest rate and my desired monthly payment, allllllllllllllll while helping me get optimal packages for my new car) Tommy even stayed with me after the deal was some and helped me link my phone to my car and get me all set up. I had to leave after that, and come back another day for pick up. There she was, detailed, gased up, and he even put a BOW on it for me. I'm 38 years old, I have never purchased a BRAND NEW car by myself and they all made me feel completely comfortable. That bow was the icing on the cake ❤️ Thank you Darren, Mr.Coleman, and TOMMY!!!!! I was there for an Express oil change and new windshield wiper blades. I was sitting in the waiting area for quite a long time. Everyone was nice to me while I was waiting and they helped me with coffee and got me water. The longer than usual wait time was because of my odd sized back windshield wiper. It was worth the wait to get the correct blades for my windshield and I found the prices to be reasonable. Thanks.☺️

Darren Francisco is an excellent guy. He's very effective, stays on top of the sale without being pushy. He showed me several vehicles and, although he did thoroughly demonstrate features of each vehicle, when I explained why I wasn't interested in one, he moved on without trying to pressure me. Additionally, the finance guy (I don't recall his name), was the best financial representative that I've ever dealt with. Both he and Darren are assets to your company. You should do whatever you can to keep both of them.

I’m usually the one taking our vehicle in for service but this time I had to work so my wife brought it in and things just didn’t go as well. I have never had to mention our prepaid service, the person checking me in always pulled up information during check in, I’ve never had to ask for ride home it’s always been offered and once I offered to walk and I was told that he would rather give me a ride. The person checking in my wife wanted her to pay over 600$ . She called me very distraught as she didn’t understand what was going on. She put the service man on phone with me and he continued to blame my wife for not telling him we had prepaid service. Definitely seems more like a service man taking advantage of a woman not knowing what was going on, she was crying and upset and just wanted out of situation and walked home . I spoke with service manager and he done the same thing blamed my wife for not telling them what their computer should have showed them. Said she didn’t ask for a ride either. He said it’s like going to doctors office and expecting them to know why you’re there and that you have insurance….. really… on first visit maybe but after well over a year now they have everything in their system. As a service tech in a different field I know that we are stereo type for taking advantage of women… I wound up taking off work early and drove up there and they didn’t charge for anything. I did refuse alignment that would have been additional cost but I wasn’t going to do that after the way things went. It took from 7:00 am till 4:00 pm for oil change tire balance and rotation. Not sure I will return anytime soon for service at this location

Called the day before my appointment to schedule the happy hour oil change special and take care of a nail in my tire through a road hazard package. I discussed in detail the services needed with the woman who took my call. She told me it would be $64 out the door for the oil change and they'd check the tire and let me know. Upon arriving for my 2:30pm appointment there was not one to greet me or check me in outside at the desk like every time before. I walked in to the services department and saw 3 men, 2 of them had cell phones in hand. The manager then pointed me to Braxton to help. He took the key, went over what I needed done, and went on with what he was doing. I asked to use the tire depth gauge to make sure I was within my limits of my road hazard package. It measured 3/32 on their gauge. I gave the gauge back and went to the waiting room. Huge improvement there since last service. Looks great! After some time the services guy comes into tell me that my tire was not covered and it was denied by the insurance company. He offered to sell me two new tires for around $750. I told him I'd hold off on the tires and just do the oil change. When checking out, I was told my total would be $108 for the oil change. I was surprised after calling 2x to clarify the cost. He told me I didn’t have the coupon so the cost was $108. I stated nobody told me that the 2x I called so he them finally honored it. After leaving I called Fidelity to check in the tire claim. They told me that the dealership didn’t fill out the denial properly and to call back. I spoke with Bill for about 20 minutes, I explained my situation, he said the tires were bald but if I'd purchased my truck and hazard package from them he'd taken care of the tires. Asked where I did and then told me to go back to Ferman because that's where some trustfund was created for the road hazard package I purchased. But then tells me I If I wanted to make this right to come in and see big bad Bill the next day. LIKE, TRYING TO INTIMIDATE ME! This isn't the first time he's had an attitude with me. After nearly 5 year's of having my truck serviced by Coast, I can say I'm struggling with ever coming back! I felt like a second class citizens after that service. Guess the new motto is just about making the sale rather than real customer service like Kathy used to offer!

I was promised a second key fob for my GMC Truck when I bought it. The salesman and finance guy told me to wait until the extended warranty that they talked me into buying took effect and that I could get a second key fob for free then. The salesman and finance guy don't work there any more and the new staff made be feel like I was lying about the key fob. I will NEVER EVER BUY FROM YOU GUYS AGAIN AND I WILL TELL EVERYONE I KNOW NOT TO GO THERE! Less the a week after I bought the truck the Thermostat was giving me problems. I brought it in for service and they had the truck for 5 days without fixing it. Excuse after excuse was what I got from the salesman and service department. When I had finally had had enough of the BS and wanted to come pick up my truck the service manager guaranteed that I would have my truck back THAT DAY FIXED! No one would answer the phone when I was calling to see if it was done so I finally drove to the dealership to see what was going on. It was 4 in the afternoon and they hadn't even started working on it after have the truck for 5 days. I took the truck to my regular mechanic and it was fixed the next day in about 4 hours at half the cost. I I don't know what kind of a scam you guys are running down at that dealership but I am not buying into it. Very sorry that I ever bought a vehicle from you and will never do it again. I will add that I live ten minutes from another GMC location And refused to work with them due to their customer service... I drove 45 minutes every day for 3 days because the service here was significantly better. They were EXTREMELY patient and really took their time to help me make the right decision and more importantly staying within my budget and giving me a very fair deal on my Volkswagen Atlas trade-in (i did not walk away feeling like i got jipped). There was never any upselling or pressure, just genuine support and guidance from start to finish. I have truly never had such a positive car-buying experience. We’ll definitely be coming back to work with them again when it’s time to upgrade in the future! Highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for top-notch service and honest fair people.

It's gotten a lot better. The first couple of times I got service there, I was shopping for another place to get service. However, this time I can tell something is clearly different. The service is timely. The advisor walked me out to my truck to make sure everything was right, service was actually performed, and no trash left in the vehicle, etc. I pay a premium for GM service, because I don't want cheap, I want it done right. This met my expectations and if it stays consistent, will continue to earn my business.

I had a great experience with Chris—no nonsense or back-and-forth. I told him exactly where I wanted to be, and he delivered. The only downside was with the finance director. He was far too pushy. I told him over four times that I didn’t want anything extra, but he kept pressing to the point I was ready to walk out. When a customer says “no” the first time, it should be respected. Other then that small issue I love coastal GMC.

Brought vehicle in on Friday morning for a warranty repair. The initial repair didn't work, and I was given an Uber home and told it should take most of the day. I never heard back. The following day, I called multiple times and still could not get an update due to how short staffed and busy the maintenance department was. I had to eventually drive down there in person to get an answer only to find out they did not have a chance to even start diagnosing the problem with my vehicle and probably wouldn't get to it until Monday. I needed my vehicle back or a loaner, and we had things in the vehicle that were needed prior to Monday, so a little more communication would have gone a long way. I had to make multiple trips to the dealership now and still don't have the warranty repair completed.

A good job was done by all. The outside valet was pleasant and upgraded my licenses plate holder with a new one from COAST. I did find however that when checking the tire pressure monitor on the dashboard the right front tire pressure monitor does not register the pressure. While I am not sure if the tires were rotated as I was told they were or if this condition was present before. Working with Joshua and Jay was a great experience. Initially working with Joshua to get the details and a video of the vehicle was a smooth experience and it was nice not to be over-pressured or lied to like many used car salesman. Later when Joshua was on vacation I worked with Jay Mort. Jay was an absolute straight shooter and the kind of guy that just gets things done. I made an offer, Jay came back with a quick and direct response, I then added a few caveats, and Jay once again responded quickly with direct answers, no games. I had to fly in from out of town to buy the vehicle and Jay didn't hesitate to help with me with my transportation from the airport, to include very early morning coordination. Once at the dealership, Jay had the paperwork ready to go, truck washed, and ready to drive. I was out the door in record time. It would have been a bit quicker if the finance agent had not tried to play games with me. I will 100% never work with Nael (sp?) again. So much so, that if he was the only finance person available, I would refuse to buy a car from this dealership, regardless of price. He tried to add on some BS fees at the signing that he well knew was supposed to be included in the price we agreed upon. This is not a confusion on my part, nor was it for anyone that was a part of the deal (Jay, the GM, and Nael), it was 100% Nael trying to squeeze a little bit more money out of the deal. When I called him out, he tried to stick to his guns. I am happy to explain in more detail for anyone interested, but he almost ruined not only this deal, but also my impression of this dealership, my review, and my future business with Coast. To sum it up, Jay Mort treated me like I was at a luxury dealership, DIDN'T WASTE MY PRECIOUS TIME, listened to my questions, and went out of his way to make the deal happen efficiently. I will come back to Coast Buick GMC just because of Jay Mort (as long as I don't have to work with the same finance people).

I was extremely impressed by the professionalism of all staff that I came in contact with. No high pressure from either the service or sales departments. While I was in the service department, my wife was with a member of your sales team and even though he was aware that we are just getting started on our decision making process and not ready to buy quite yet, he took the time to show us what we thought we might be interested in, explain the different trim levels and offered comparisons between them. Most dealerships would not have spent the amount of time with us that he did once they heard we weren't there to buy. Kudos to Coast for hiring true customer service people.

I had a great experience working with Dan hadsall. He was very direct but very friendly, professional, and made the whole process easy and stress-free. I brought my Brand new truck in for its first service and a few warranty items. They performed the oil change but did absolutely nothing about the warranty items. I was told they could not replicate the issues and checked for updates and it was up to date, well I could have done that myself which I did. When I asked for the service director Bill Hill it was as if I was bothering him. It was first thing in the morning so maybe he didn't have his coffee yet. I understand that not all issues can be replicated at time of service so I asked if they could just reinstall programming for the truck in hopes that maybe it didn't install correctly at the manufacture and he told me they don't get paid to do that and asked if I wanted to pay for it. Well sir I have a brand new truck with multiple electronic issues and a warranty so no I do not want to pay for it. I would like at the very least an attempt at solving the multiple issues with the truck. Instead I wasted my time with this dealers service department. They also had my truck for 3 days, for what, to check for updates? Just disappointed. I will have to schedule my truck to go to a different dealer.

The service was not as expected. My main issue was that when i bring my vehicle in to be serviced, it is typically washed after the service recieved is completed. Not only was my truck NOT washed, it had dirty/greasy mechanic handprints on my door. The service advisors were so rushed and in a major hurry, it felt really impersonal. I am not sure i will be bringing my vehicle back here to be serviced again.

I scheduled an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation. Upon checking in, I was told by. advisor Zachary Rupert that although I was past my time for my oil change, I really didn’t need it and he acted like I was there just bothering them. I had noticed a number of other customers had come in and the advisors they worked with were very pleasant and very nice and ask them without question if they wanted their car washed so I asked my advisor if my car could be washed and I was told that’s a service it’s only offered to customers with Cadillacs so apparently since you now service Cadillacs, any other vehicles that come in are treated differently, not given the same attention, not quite as important and not treated as well or as nice as customers who come in with a Cadillac I’m starting to wonder if maybe I should check in to see if my service plan that I purchased when I purchased my car from your dealership can be used at another dealership because maybe it’s not getting quite the service that it would get if it had a Cadillac emblem on it, opposed to the Chevy emblem that it currently has The advisor did have my car washed and he made sure it’s pointed out that he went above and beyond and got my dirty car washed, and I suppose I should have gravel at his feet and thanked him Makes me wonder what other things that they should be doing to my car that’s not a Cadillac that maybe they’re not doing any longer because they have to put more focus and attention on how they treat their customers with Cadillacs opposed to customers who have something that’s apparently subpar

Overall good experience at the dealership. However very dissatisfying experience with General Motors that they don’t include wire harness replacements under any warranty circumstances costing me $6,000 out of pocket. Thankfully they did pay half but the 6 grand really was penal and could have been applied to FIFTEEN TRUCK PAYMENTS. I got charged $6000 because of bad luck?? Are you kidding me?? I’ll never consider buying another GM vehicle in the future.
